It all began as a humble B&B, which Sandra and Peter opened together. Passionate about hospitality and cooking, over time they expanded their services offered. To their delight, their son Philipp joined the team as a head chef. Having studied to be a hotelier, his cooking has greatly enhanced the culinary reputation of Rosa Canina. With her endless enthusiasm, Sandra takes care of the guest’s needs at the hotel, and in the virtual world of online communications. As a fan of fine antiques and beautiful things, Peter shapes the stylish, yet cosy ambiance of the hotel. He is a “friendly spirit,” who ensures that everything runs smoothly in the background.
